Always store your pieces in a dry place. To maintain your pieces at its optimal state, they should ideally not be worn in water. This includes showering, bathing, and swimming. 

Sterling Silver will naturally tarnish over time due to moisture, sunlight, and sulfur. Restoring your pieces to its original shiny state requires a bit of polishing with a polishing cloth.

Gold Filled is more durable and retains more value than Gold Plated. Our 14K Gold Filled pieces are made with a 14K gold layer bonded to a brass or other base metal core. The value of Gold Filled is greater than Gold Plated because Gold Filled has an actual layer of karat gold, not just a microscopic film, as is the case with Gold Plated items. The karat gold covering also significantly increases the tarnish resistance of the base metal substrate.

All of our Sterling Silver pieces are created using .925 Sterling Silver. .925 represents the weight of silver (92.5%), while 7.5% is the weight of other metals, usually copper. Copper is used to increase the hardness and strength of the material. Fine or pure silver cannot be used to create our pieces due to it being too soft to work with.

All of our pieces do not contain nickel, which is a problem for many with sensitivity.

Unlike many costume jewelry, your investment in our pieces will be worthwhile. With care and a little polishing, each piece will last you for years to come.

Our best suggestion is if you have a ring that fits the desired finger, take a ruler and measure the internal diameter (in mm) of it. Once you have the measurement, use the sizing chart to determine your ring size.

For bracelets, we suggest taking a string and wrapping it around the desired location on the wrist to get the circumference. Make sure that it’s not sitting too snug on the wrist. Hold or mark the point that the string meets. Take a ruler and measure the length of the string.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from the time in which the product was delivered or purchased (applies to pop up events). Returns must be in brand new condition.
